1, Function and Usages: This product can be applied to wastewater treatment of various industries, such as pesticides, papermaking, textile, medicine, food, leather, printing and dyeing, chemical, oil, and sewage. Besides, it can also be used in water purification of rivers, lakes, and fishponds, and oxygenation for breeding.
2, Structure and principle: The submersible motor driven turns the compound-deck impeller to rotate with high-speed, so that the upper impeller produces large negative pressure which inhales large amounts of air and water to the turbulence room, after cutting, grinding, and emulsifying, most oxygen of the air is dissolved for the first time; meanwhile, driven by the powerful impeller, oxygen-carrying molecules of water and micro-bubbles spread in a 360-degree rotating jet through the diversion splitter to the bottom, and then drive the sludge to flip up slowly, during which the micro-bubbles could remain in the water above 20 minutes, so that adequate oxygen could be absorbed by water to dissolve oxygen for the second time. At this time, some of the rising bubbles are slowly inhaled into the water inlet again to form a continuous and circular mixing, further improving the dissolved oxygen results and fully utilizing the power efficiency.
