  •       The FAI800-T cart-type air lifted air mixer offers options for Motor’s model, horsepower, torque and stirring paddle according to the characteristics of the mixed materials.

         We may produce corresponding FAI800-T cart-type air lifted air mixers as required, on the premise that the original model and type are reserved.

    Features of Air Motors:

         1. Working over a long period without being heated up; durable; explosion-proof; and free from high temperature and vibration effects.

         2. Stepless-regulation of rotating speed, meaning controlling the rotational speed through the regulation of the air pressure.

         3. Minor rising of temperature over working continuously for a long term on full load.

         4. Under the circumstance of overloading or being stuck, the motor could start on full load instead of damaged by the heat. .

         5. Normal operation in damp or dusty places. 

     Description: The FAI800-T cart-type air lifted air mixer controls its elevation and combined dyad (oil-water separator) through the pneumatic elevation of the double casing columns (pneumatic elevation realized by the movement of the inner and outer casing columns) and two-position four-way valve in order to purify the air source, facilitate the four wheels to move conveniently, and promote the rear handle to turn easily. The intake ball valve is designed to control the rotational speed of air motors (controllable stirring rotating speed).
